CS Tools: lightsedit

This tool is for intermediate/advanced mappers. Texture lights seem to be much more accurate than entity lights, they light up scenes much more naturally, but to configure them you have to edit lights.rad file o whatever, manually. So i come out with this utility to add/edit texture lights files in a visual and easy way. Hope you find it useful, i did.
