Originally released in june of 2005, under the name Music Wars 3 : Dark Edition by Marquis Johnson. It was his first game programmed on metacard and development took about 3 months. It was released with sirens games. The game was a hit and had a good size following on sirens games. In about September the site shutdown and Music Wars 3 officially moved to Stoned Monkey Software where it currently resides. In early January of 2006 the first update to the game was released 1.0.1 2006 Edition in the following weeks 2 more updates game which led to the final version that has been released for Music Wars 3, 1.0.3.
