Outside you have a maze veggiegarden, fishing pOnd and a observatory and a beautiful Garden to get those crazy ideas. The main floor has reception areas for fund raising and parties, there is also a small study. 2nd and 3rd floor is the living quarters, with kitchen bathroom and bedroom. In the basement you have the laboratory for all the experiments you would do as a mad scientist. There´s also a decontamination room and a cool car.This lot was made in Sun Valley on 120 Wright way, just so you get the slope right.Note: you can easily convert some of the lower rooms to bedrooms if you need them.
