sims3 - Sunflower Barn

In the Landgraab family`s landlust, they sometimes buy up plots of land without really thinking it through. And so it was that they ended up with the deeds to the barn of Sunflower FARM. It was a long and thankless task, but they gave the barn a new lease of life, creating a liveable space on the first floor of the barn, ideal for a newlywed couple. The spacious ground floor area is currently a 3-car garage, but could be converted to Create more rooms as your family grows.
